Kelly Inspection Services is a commercial and residential inspection company looking to grow by adding a Growth Manager to the team! The Growth Manager will assist in building new relationships with our real estate partners and fostering existing successful partnerships, increasing revenue for the company.
Job Description:
The Growth Manager will expand our business relationships through outbound calling to prospective realtors, relationship-building with existing realtors and their teams, and set up/conduct in-person meetings with real estate agents.
They will make acquisition and retention calls to real estate agents to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
They will book 1 on 1 appointments for themselves and/or senior team members.
The Growth Manager should be able to make successful, uninterrupted calls daily.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
* Outbound calling
* Email correspondence
* Ability to educate others about our services
* Ability to sell services and upsell additional services
* Create sales scripts to aid in the selling of services
* Communicate as a team player within the organization regarding opportunities for improving service, value, and product offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Excellent English grammar
Outside Sales experience
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well with others
Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot
Ability to meet required goals
Ability to create & maintain a follow-up process
Social Media advertising experience a plus
License/Certification:
Driver’s License (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: Hourly plus Commission Based Pay.
